October 12, 2009

Mom,

That's okay, things don't need to be new to be interesting. Sounds like a relatively busy week if you've spent your time half and half between school and the hospital.

Oh, well this should be an interesting email if Dad is typing for you Mom :D But I'm sure it will be great and my response should be the same as it would be either way ;)

lol, this is pretty fun reading all of the little things that Dad is typing in order to explain what's going on on the phone as you are talking.

No big deal, short is just fine. I'm just glad to hear from you.

The upcoming baptism should be great :) I'm excited for it and I will let you know how it went when next Monday rolls around.

I got the package, it was wonderful and I really loved it. Thanks Mom (and Dad)! I am looking forward to trying out the organ piece at the church today :)

Man, Clay's farewell is already here?! His mailing information would be much appreciated some time so that I can send him a letter.

Sure sounds like you've got your hands really full Mom. Thanks for the time you still take out of your schedule to make sure I get an email from you. I really love hearing from you. I can't tell you how much the package made my day :) I hope to be writing a real, hand-written letter back to you soon. I really have been behind on my letter writing and it's not fair to those who are writing me so I must be better.

I watched the video of you and I playing the piano duet. Wow that was fun. We did a really good job too! I miss playing duets a LOT! Nobody out here is really good enough to just sit down and play with me like you could.

Are you looking forward to Christmas yet? ;) It's really not all that far out! Only like two months. It's pretty hard to believe. I'm also having a hard time fathoming that I'll be 20 in a month!

Hmm...I'm not really sure what else to write about...I wish I was more interesting :P I really need to do better about writing experiences down. Things just aren't quite as interesting out here. Anyway, I'll do better.

Thanks again for the email Mom.

I love you tons!

Love,

Elder Jay Davis
